Hi everyone - from late afternoon on Monday 16th March we’ve started to see errors being returned from Clydesdale and Yorkshire. This impacts both new accounts that are linked and the refreshing of previously linked accounts.
We’ve raised this with them to be investigated as a priority and we will updated here as soon as this is resolved.

Hi, just wondering if there’s any update on this at all?
We’ve been in discussions with their Open Banking team this afternoon. We now understand why this problem is happening and it was caused by a change the bank made over the weekend.
Our development teams are working on a solution and I will update here as quickly as possible when I know the ETA for a fix.

Hi everyone - CYBG have now resolved their problems, so Yorkshire and Clydesdale banks should now be working again and balances/accounts should be automatically updating.
