I’m sorry to report that RBS and NatWest brands are having a problem connecting at the moment. We know the bank have made some changes this week and something appears to have had a negative impact on our account connection process.
If you already have accounts connected, this shouldn’t impact you. However, if you try and connect or reconnect the account, an error will likely appear.
We are investigating with RBS and will hopefully get this resolved as quickly as possible. Sadly we don’t get a lot of support at the weekend but I will update further as soon as we understand more.
