Trying to renew my Virgin Money accounts, App takes me to Virgin App but no options to reconnect once there. How do I reconnect accounts?
Hi @Iggy_fox that sounds like the VM app is not recognising that it needs to start the Open Banking connection process when we open their app.
Sadly we get this problem a lot but only with Virgin Money’s app for some reason. This is especially the case on certain Android phones and in particular Samsung devices which have a certain setting about ‘app to app’ links.
If you tap on the contact us link from the app, we will be able to send you some instructions on how to fix or get around this.

We’ve had multiple reports now so we think Virgin Money may have broken something in their latest Android App so we have raised this with the bank.
