Missing older transactions from my accounts

Hi,

I was checking historical data for my connected accounts and i noticed that not all transactions are preset, with my main current account going back to just two years and the credit card going back to just this year’s transactions. Is this expected? does the connected bank decide if older transactions are shared and how long the period is? Is it possible to load older statements to integrate the missing data that banks don’t provide?

Hi @bracco23 banks are supposed to provide the same amount of data that is available in their own app. We take a maximum of 2 years history but anything less than that is a limitation that the card provider has.

thanks for the clarifications. yeah the credit card app does show only the last six months, which checks out with what i see in snoop as well.
