If I disconnect an account will I lose all the previous transactions too? Thank you

Hi @JPN if you ‘remove’ an account from Snoop, this will remove all transactions too that belong to that account.

It’s possible to have an account in Snoop that is not ‘connected’ to your bank (i.e. the 90 days have expired or you have removed your permission at your bank). In this case, your account remains in Snoop and we don’t remove any history. We just don’t get any new transactions.
