For the last 8 days snoop has not been updating any of my transactions even though it is still connected to my bank.
Anything I can do to fix this?
Hi @mariadonas occasionally we stop getting updates from the bank and the best way to fix this is to reconnect the account.
To do this - tap on the account on the homepage
Tap on the ‘…’ menu at the top right of the screen
Select the ‘reconnect’ option on the sheet that appears
You will be taken back into your bank’s app where you can just authorise access again.
