Barclays connection issues

For a few days now my Barclays accounts (current + savings) haven’t been updating… I’ve tried to reconnect them but it hasn’t made a difference. Any ideas why this might be happening? All the other accounts are working fine! Thanks!

Hi @autumnsongg1 we’ve not been made aware of any general issues.

One quick way to hopefully solve this:

  • Open Snoop
  • Tap on the + button on the homescreen where the list of accounts is shown
  • Select Barclays again
  • Complete a new connection process and wait 1-2 mins

This should update the original accounts and re-establish a new link with your bank.
