Can't connect Amex

Hi,

I have been able to add several accounts seamlessly with several banks but I can’t add Amex.
I always get the same message (with slightly different error code at the bottom each time) :

Any idea how to fix this?

Strange as only the other day I added a new Amex card and it loaded fine. Hope snoop sort you out

Hi @Gilou - you will notice a message appearing in our app now about Amex.

It seems they broke something on Friday and we are waiting to hear back from them about how this will get resolved.

It’s impacting all new account connections with them. It’s an Amex specific issue only impacting them.

We have identified the root cause of the issue.

We are working to implement a fix for it right away, we will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

Hi Paul,

When I logged in this morning, it was still showing an error, so I followed the link to reconnect.

But now I have two Amex accounts appearing, one which has all transactions up to the point where it broke (still saying Error, Connection Lost) and one which is updating - so that means I have a load of duplicate transactions. Anyway to fix this?
