Hi, I’m new to snoop and wondering should my linked accounts be tracking in real time? There seems to be a significant lag (days) if I check with my online bank accounts? Even if I refresh they don’t update? Ruth
Hi there Ruth,
Sorry to hear that! Accounts should definitely update - not in real-time as we’re only allowed to automatically refresh your balances and transactions up to 4 times a day without you requesting it in the app (you can pull down to refresh on the app home screen as well though, if you wanted to try that). But certainly you should see your accounts refreshing several times a day.
