Stretching the category here, but I have connected up my Virgin credit card, (now Virgin have fixed it) and it works, but unlike other OB providers, I cannot find where I can revoke OB permissions. I don’t want to, but I also work out where the fire exits are when I stay in a hotel and don’t plan on needing them …
Anyone any idea where these are? It feels like it ought to be a requirement that on allowing people to connect you also allow the account holder to revoke that permission.
Hi @ricochet
We work closely with Virgin Money and they have confirmed that even though the ability for their customers to do this directly is not possible, if you ever wanted to revoke consent, you can ring their contact centre. Their contact centre will be able to revoke your consent/s on your behalf.
All the best,
Sarah
Hello,
As per my knowledge
You can revoke OB permissions for your Virgin credit card through the Virgin Money app or online banking portal. Look for the “Connected Apps” or “Third-Party Permissions” section in the settings. If you can’t find it, contact Virgin Money support for assistance
I hope this will help you,
Thank you
