Sync Issues not refreshing Bills Covered Function

My main account won’t sync in the app. It’s trying but it says three days since last refresh each time and it’s definitely not in sync with my real account balance. I’ve tried disconnecting OB from my banking app side and then reconnecting from the Snoop app side but it results in the same issue.

It also says each time ‘Bills Covered?’ ‘You need to refresh’… which I’ve tried as per above to no avail?
