Snoop bills "was expected"

I have a few of my bills showing as “was expected”, the payments are showing in my account but I can’t find a way to flag these payments as the regular bills. Is there any way to do this?

Hi @stgnats if the bill is showing as expected but your payment is showing in your connected account, for some reason our AI has not matched it correctly to your bill.

There could be various reasons for this, such as:

  • The description of the latest transaction might have changed so we are no longer spotting the merchant correctly
  • The amount may have fluctuated in amount more than normal
  • The dates between payments may have gone outside of what we normally expect a weekly or monthly bill to do etc

Whatever the reason, our team can investigate, resolve and normally setup rules so future payments for the bill will match correctly.

Just tap on any of the bills that are wrong and find the ‘something is wrong’ link to contact us from the app and we will get this resolved for you.
