Quarterly to monthly bill

I’m new to snoop and been setting up my bills section.
Not sure why but one says quarterly and can’t seem to change it in edit mode.

How to I change it to monthly?


Hi @Cjdc24 if our AI is spotting something as quarterly, it will usually be related to the history of payments for that merchant falling outside of a regular monthly pattern.

In the app when you tap on that bill and scroll to the bottom of the options in the bill details screen you will find a ‘something not right’ section which will launch an email where you can share the details. Our team will get that resolved for you and adjust rules as needed to ensure it tracks properly in future.
