Have you fixed the"bug" that stops us using the same login on more than one device? I want to install snoop on my wife’s phone with my login and it’s saying the pin is wrong. I’m 99% sure I know it’s not.
Hi there @ToBAS - right now Snoop can only be used on one device. But from our next release (next week) you’ll be able to switch devices as you choose. Only allowing a login on one device at a time is intentional as it’s much more secure. But from next week you’ll be good to login on other devices to your current one and switch between them. Hope that makes sense
