Hi @ben4 it’s not related to their API.
They built their Open Banking flow in such a way that’s it difficult to get this to work with a mobile based service, as I explain above. This was a very strange choice as they are a mobile based business too!
We don’t have any timescales on when this might change and we know other apps which offer open banking connections have reached the same conclusion as us sadly.

I take it that Kroo is not going to be added since it’s close to a year since any update
No update on this one @Eriskaybet. Their implementation remains differently to nearly all other banks and we’ve paused any integration work with them until they make changes in future.

I see on the list of banks that Kroo is now “Coming Soon” do I guess Kroo has changed to support what is needed?
Is there a rough ETA on this?

We do not have an ETA on this as of yet, but as soon as Kroo is available for our users we will let you know via in app an email communication, so please do keep an eye on this.
