Incorrect credit balance through open banking

Hi there, really enjoying snoop. It’s already produced useful and relevant snoops in the short time I’ve had it. However, I seem to be getting a balance bug when I connect my credit card. My current credit balance is around £530 but according to snoop it’s around £9000 is there a way I can rectify this sync issue that’s occuring via open banking?

Hi @tomki7 - is your credit card with Nationwide by any chance?

They implemented a chance about 3 weeks ago which has made the wrong balance appear for all customers. They are working on a fix but we are still waiting for a timescale for when they will implement this.
