Apologies as it may not be a fault with the app but my technical know how of my phone, but past few days when looking at quotes for energy after I have confirmed my address it takes me to the page with my address on again and the terms and conditions, but then it sticks and does not move forward to entering current usage. The page won’t scroll up or down and just sticks, I’ve switched phone on and off but still the same. Anyone else reported a problem?

We’ve realised our energy switching partner appears to be having some issues this weekend and we can recreate the problem you have raised.
They are on the case and hopefully this will get resolved as quickly as possible. I’ll update you on here as soon as we know more.

Hi @Marty - the problem has been identified and a fix is being worked on.
