After some advice. Just installed snoop all was looking good added a few accounts, All synced beautifully, but I have hit a snag. Because Chase UK do not do joint accounts myself and my wife have separate accounts. Added mine on my phone all good installed the app on my wife’s phone which has her Chase account on it, went to add her account. Snoop has encountered an error. Is this configuration not supported? If not it’s a deal breaker for me, and I was so looking forward to swapping to snoop . I am currently with Buxfer their connection With Chase breaks every few weeks, down for a month now. Support is poor.
Here’s hoping it’s user error and not unsupported.

It should be fine to add both your Chase accounts to Snoop so please could you email us at email@example.com so we can find your Snoop account and check out what’s happening?
