Can’t seem to add mine and my wife’s account

My wife and I are sharing the same Snoop account so we can manage all our budgeting in one place, but when I sync my Halifax and NatWest accounts and then go to sync her accounts from the same banks mine show an error.

It would be good if you could sync accounts which are owned by different people from the same providers, as it seems impossible currently.
