Hi,

I’m using Snoop+ to track a joint account. If my wife wants to do the same on her phone, does she need her own subscription, even though it’s the same account?

Hi Rob,

It is possible for partner’s to be able to both have access to your joint account on Snoop, but it is dependent on a few things, so to confirm fully we would need more information on which bank account it would be and what her device is. Can you pop us an email across to hello@snoop.app and we can advise you further?
