I’ve seen a few posts with the same issue. I am taken through the auth process and Santander says it is done and sending me back to Snoop but I never get any further. I’ve tried many times.
Hi @JoanneHB I’m really sorry this is happening when trying to connect Santander to Snoop.
We have raised this issue with Santander directly too - as you mentioned, we’ve had a few users impacted by this.
