Santander - not connecting to Snoop

I’m having issues connecting my current account at Santander to Snoop (on an iphone). I get the connecting message but then it just times out and it doesn’t connect- Ive tried several times.
Is there anyway I can further troubleshoot this?

Hi im having the same trouble just got the app have connected other bank account with no issues.

Hi @Kate and @Louise863 apologies for the delayed response and for the trouble you had last week with Santander.

We did experience a problem with Nationwide and Santander on Friday afternoon and Saturday. The extended bank holiday period meant it look a little longer to spot and fix this so I’m sorry about that.

Everything should be back to normal now, but please do let me know if that’s not the case for you.
