Hi guys,

Just a quick question, I’ve had a Snoop tell me that I’ve spend quite a lot of money at Amazon but one or two of the purchases have been refunded, so I haven’t spent as much as snoop believed that I have.

I understand that snoop adds up all by spends at each shop/merchant, but does it also take into account refunds at the same shop/merchant and change the advice or recommendations etc ?

Hey Leighton - where a Snoop quotes a figure you’ve spent, it should definitely only be showing the net spend - so yes, it should be taking into consideration any refunds you’ve completed.

We’ll take a look at your account to make sure this is happening though, and if a fix is needed we’ll get that sorted.
