Snoop displays transactions that haven’t yet been cleared by my credit card and aren’t showing in that app. Caused me to query an online transaction as I thought I’d overpaid but looks like the credit card transaction haven’t all gone through…
Hi Louise - we show ‘pending’ transactions if your bank or card company provides them to us. We show these as ‘pending’ at the top of your transaction feed.
However, it would be unusual for a bank to provide us with a transaction that you can’t see in their own online banking or mobile app in a pending section.
I can certainly look into this for you - would you be able to DM me your details or send us an email from within the app (from the cog icon on the homepage). That way I will get your user details and can investigate?
