We’re thinking carefully about investments. We do provide Snoops to customers where we can see they already have them (e.g. to warn them about high cost providers, or tell them when their latest investment update is published), but we don’t today help people make choices. It’s a complex area and we’d want to make sure we could do it really well before we venture there. We’ve got a lot to do first on really helping people get their household bills under control so that’s our priority.
Never say never though
