Hello, barclaycard has released a mastecard avios account. This account cannot connect to snoop. Do you know why this is Happening?

Thanks for confirming that workaround @o99 @Fusuy it’s not very helpful of Barclays to tell you to contact us. This problem with Avios cards is impacting all customers and all open banking services / apps like Snoop. It’s very much a Barclays issue not an issue with the apps that use Open Banking. Hello, I just opened a Barclay Avios card and facing this issue. Are you aware if this has been resolved? Want to make sure if it’s just issue with my account or it’s still affecting everyone.

Hi @mm3 the issue at the start of last year, where you couldn’t select Avios cards within the Barclaycard app was resolved by the Barclays.

Is the problem you are having when you do that first connection step?

Can you drop us a line from the app (or email us on hello@snoop.app) so we can try and investigate further?
