I have multiple bills from Vodafone, and multiple subs paid via PayPal etc but Snoop won’t allow me to add a ‘new bill’ if there is already a bill for the Supplier? I.e, Apple sub, Amazon sub paid via PayPal but won’t let me add the second one as a regular monthly bill?
Hi - we don’t have any restrictions on the number of bills we track for a merchant, however if our AI has not already created this 2nd bill for you automatically it means it hasn’t been able to spot the pattern reliably.
We don’t currently let bills be setup manually for a merchant that’s already tracked for the same reason - something more complex is likely required for the pattern of payments to be tracked reliably which our team can help with.
