„There’s no transactions for me to analyse“ - All or select individual transactions are hidden for select merchants and categories

I’m looking for help to undo a mistake. I want to re-include transactions (for example for my utility bill payments, which normally feed into a custom category I have created), but these transactions are nowhere to be found on the Snoop app.

I’ve tried to check „All transactions“ on the Home page. I’ve searched for the utility company and found transaction that reach back to 2021. I’ve clicked on individual transactions and they do not show as excluded (toggle is off). However, when I switch to the Spending page, I can no longer find the transactions I saw on the Home page.

I’ve tried searching for the missing transactions by category and by merchant but cannot find the individual transactions. What’s interesting is that I can see the total number of transactions and total amount for my utility provider, but the individual transactions are missing.

How do I get the missing transactions to be shown in my spending view (monthly and custom)?
