Something hasn't worked

I’m getting a persistent “Something hasn’t worked” pop-up this morning.

I’ve checked individual accounts and they all have a “last update” time yesterday evening. It appears to affect all of them. Force stopping and re-opening the app makes no difference.

Anyone else seeing this issue today?
