I have 2 bills setup for mine and the wife’s sim contract.
They have just been paid on the 21st.
My payment has added to the bill I setup but the wife’s hasn’t.
How can I add this payment to the existing bill? I can only see an option to create a new bill

Hi @Davecl we can certainly take a look at this for you.
Please can you:
- Tap on the bill in your list
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen where there is a ‘Something not right’ section
- Tap on ‘Help us improve what you see here’ and just add a line into the email that opens to say something like ‘my last payment on this bill hasn’t matched’
We will get that fixed for you.
