Amazon voucher due but not issued

I’m waiting on an Amazon voucher after using Snoop to renew car insurance three months ago. Would appreciate that being dealt with, please.

I am awaiting an Amazon voucher for connecting my bank with the app.

I have emailed hello@snoop.app on the 5th April and no one has gotten back to me.

Hi - we normally reply to all emails within 48 hours and we certainly don’t have anything outstanding from early April.

I’ve checked the email address you are registered on this forum with and I can’t seem to find any records that match it.

Please can you check the email address you are registered with in the Snoop app (you can tap on the settings section) and then send us an email from there to hello@snoop.app mentioning this forum post.
