The Snoop Service will be unavailable from 10pm on Monday 6th March until the early hours of Tuesday, for some planned maintenance.
This impacts both our mobile and web applications.

Hi everyone - sorry for the further delay. We should be back before 8am. I will update further shortly

To confirm the app was back up and running by 7am. You will see a message advising that some balances may not be up-to-date.
This will all be refreshed a little later this morning - in the meantime you can ‘pull down’ on the homescreen to manually update your balances straight away.
Bill analysis will also run a little later than normal today.
